We are a designer and supplier of Nuclear Steam Supply System, associated services and fuel for high levels of safety and performance, with a turnover of €3.5 billion
The HPC Construction team of the Project, Components & Manufacturing Business Unit is looking for a Document Controller to contribute to the documentation management of Hinkley Point C project.
Main Responsibilities:
· Acquire proficiency in the use of the Electronic Documentation Management System (Documentum)
· Apply the processes and operating procedures for the management of documentation.
· Ensure Framatome's performance by implementing documentation standards.
· Perform recurring tasks of document control: creation, modification, electronic sending to external customer in compliance with the relevant rules and documentation processes.
· Responsible for supplier documentation: upload, update, internal and external distribution of documents and review sheets
· Responsible for the project's correspondences: creation, modification, electronic sending to external parties (customer, supplier) in compliance with the relevant rules and documentation processes and reception of comments in the EDMS
· Create and monitor the documentation forecasts.
· Ensure the proper format quality of documents and their metadata in the EDMS.
· Make modifications in the EDMS if necessary.
· Update the key performance indicators and monitor the documentation activities.
· Attend weekly and monthly meetings to report relevant information in their scope.
· Be a driver of change and implement continuous improvement actions on documentation management.
· Produce training materials and train internal and external users on EDMS.
· Assert themselves as a key user of the EDMS and provide support to various users on documentation management.
Please note this is a in person role based on site at HPC, Bridgwater.
Profile
· Qualifications or experiences in dealing with documentation management.
· Strong understanding of document control principles, standards and best practices
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of Documentum or similar EDMS
· Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Industrial engineering and large international projects would be advantageous.
