Liaising with new companies / starters regarding the on-boarding process
Liaising with Framatome France to induct and support new French workers through the vetting process
Data entry from the latest BPSS into the HPC WIMS database to process the vetting process
Evidencing an individual’s 3-year work history by collating previous employment references
Right to work in the UK checks
Booking of the HPC Induction & medicals where required
Arrange travel, hotels, training courses, & onsite accommodation
Responsible for checking an individual is qualified and competent in their role against the NNB skills and competency matrix and aligning where necessary
Ensuring staff are vetted, inducted and competent ready for their works start date to prevent delays to program
Maintaining existing badges to ensure post-requisites do not expire preventing access to site
Complete monthly LC9 audits
Attend WIMS working group meetings
Working closely with HR to ensure collaboration of recruitment
Support Senior Management team as required
