Framatome Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of Framatome. Framatome international footprint is organised around four regional platforms (France, US, Germany, China) complemented with
an International Network of worldwide Framatome offices. Framatome Ltd belongs to this International Network.
Framatome Ltd main missions are to :
• Represent Framatome in the UK and insure management of local stakeholders (government, embassy, clients, industry, academics…)
• Provide business development services for Framatome Business Units to develop and implement their sales strategy

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE :
Through a series of project-based activities covering a wide range of HR initiatives you will support the growth and development of UK business through employee experience.
You will also gain a broader experience of business through collaborating and supporting other business functions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
Early Careers:
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to build a pipeline of future candidates.
- Design and propose a graduate scheme.
- Create an internship policy and process that meets the business needs.
- Review our apprenticeship programme and levy use.
Recruitment:
- Research and propose ways we can improve diversity within our candidate pool and recruits.
- Promote our employer brand through social media and event attendance.
- Collaborate with French colleagues to ensure we are utilising the recruitment tool to its fullest.
- Liaise with our communications team on how we can improve our communications to the candidate market.
Other:
- Support the HR team on general activities and enquiries as required.
- Organisation of the integration process for Framatome europe (European Framatome Days)
Profil
Profil:
- Knowledge and understanding of fundamental HR principles such as employment law and diversity etc.
- Able to identify when to escalate information to minimise the risk of significant negative impacts
- Comfortable working with different levels of colleagues from manual hands-on workers to senior management
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office and HR systems
