The Richland factory, part of the Nuclear Fuel Business Unit has started an ambitious program in order to become the center of excellence for Advanced Fuel Manufacturing and new types of Fuel:
The Fuel business unit in is looking to fill a Knowledge Management / Transfer (KM/KT) Coordinator, VIE position to support the current US Fuel KM Delegate and training team (4 Training Specialists).
The VIE, will support the KM Delegate in day-to-day operations and manage projects autonomously. He/She will be responsible of fulfilling the following tasks:
- Design and Develop knowledge transfer (KT) tasks and videos
- Support knowledge transfer (KT) for departing experts and key people
- Assist in integration of KM activities in project management processes
- Assist in harmonization of the structure of technical documentation
- Provides computer support for KM/KT activities
- Report progress on a weekly basis
- Perform administrative tasks in accordance with policies and procedures
Profile

- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers
- Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly

- Project management capabilities
- Proficient in database and standard office software applications.

Educational Requirements
