Roles and responsibilities
Reporting to the Installation Manager and functionally attached to the IBC Project Manager, the Package Manager will be responsible for:
Leading the on-site team to successfully deliver the Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) work package.
Defining standards and performance benchmarks to ensure consistent execution and compliance with quality requirements.
Coordinating with project teams and support functions to align schedules, optimize workflows, and prevent interface conflicts.
Implementing and promoting quality processes while ensuring their proper application and communication throughout the project.
Planning and sequencing activities efficiently while implementing protective measures to preserve completed work and maintain quality standards.
Supervising client inspections and the handover process to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Acting as the focal point for PLOD/PLOW reporting, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Developing and implementing project completion strategies, including effective planning and resource allocation.
Monitoring project progress to ensure handover milestones are achieved and client and stakeholder expectations are met.
Reviewing and approving timesheets to ensure accurate recording of working hours.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly the opening and closure rates of Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs).
Preparing the End of Intervention Report.
Identifying, documenting, and substantiating all contractual delays, and preparing supporting documentation for review by the Contract Manager.
Preparing monthly safety performance indicators and conducting reviews of safety events.
Profil
Requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Education & Experience
Engineering degree with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Desired Skills
Proven ability to lead multicultural site teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
