Due to our ongoing growth and business demands, we are recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment administration and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role plays a key part in attracting, screening, and onboarding talent by coordinating recruitment activities and managing all associated administrative tasks in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Job description
The Resourcing Coordinator is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment administration and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role plays a key part in attracting, screening, and onboarding talent by coordinating recruitment activities and managing all associated administrative tasks in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Activities:
- Support recruitment campaigns by liaising with hiring managers and the recruitment team
- Review and sift CVs against job requirements to shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screening (e.g., phone or virtual pre-screen interviews)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including panel availability and logistics
- Prepare interview packs and ensure hiring managers are briefed
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback
- Manage job requisitions and maintain applicant tracking systems
- Administer offer processes, including drafting offer letters and contracts
- Coordinate pre-employment checks (e.g., right to work, references, security clearance if required)
- Handle full onboarding administration for new starters
- Prepare and issue new starter documentation and ensure completion prior to start date
- Liaise with HR, IT, payroll, and line managers to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in line with GDPR and company policies

Profile
Person Specification:
- Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or resourcing support
- Proven ability to sift CVs and support candidate screening
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder schedules
- High attention to detail, especially with documentation and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience handling confidential information professionally
