Position Overview
The IT Manager of Framatome Sites in Burgundy, reporting to the Manager of Region Framatome part of SI-nerGIE, acts as the IT manager for a group of sites within the Burgundy region. He/She is in charge of delivering of all IT services, from end-user workstations to servers, networks and local applications.

SI-nerGIE Context
SI-nerGIE is the joint entity (Economic Interest Grouping) operating the information systems of Orano and Framatome. Within SI-nerGIE, the Operations Department is responsible for all IT infrastructures and related transformation programs, including their protection, cyber defense and security maintenance. Within the Operations Department, the Region Framatome delivers infrastructure services to Framatome users.

Main Responsibilities
·       Ensure delivery of IT services in line with business needs, defined SLAs, cybersecurity best practices, standards and procedures.

·       Coordinate with Site IT stakeholders (including IT Business Partners, IT Key Users and Industrial IT Managers....)

·       Guarantee delivery of IT catalog services by outsourcers according to defined processes and RACI matrices.

·       Provide reporting and ensure service quality.

·       Maintain alignment between delivered services and user needs.

·       Implement and monitor outsourcing contracts.

·       Operationally manage IT production and managed service contracts.

·       Deploy corporate decisions, projects and cybersecurity initiatives.

·       Contribute to IT studies, scoping, design and implementation activities in collaboration with Solution Centers, ITBPs and business teams.

·       Manage technical assistance providers when required.

·       Perform regular travel to visite sites in scope.

Specific Responsibilities
·       Escalate tickets and validate user requests.

·       Prioritize and arbitrate requests.

·       Participate in supplier operational governance.

·       Contribute to prevention and safety plans for SI-nerGIE contractors.

·       Act as the single point of contact for all IT matters within the sites in scope.

·       Strengthen coordination between Projects and Run activities.

·       Animate the Business IT Key Users community.

·       Collect and communicate business needs and issues.

Profile, Qualities and Skills
·       Strong customer and user-service orientation, focused on ITBP and Business IT Key Users satisfaction.

·       Broad understanding of IT infrastructure including workstations, servers, networks and cybersecurity.

·       Ability to adapt communication style to business users, management, VIPs and service-provider personnel.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Experience managing outsourced service providers in complex environments is desirable.

·       Good level of English is recommended.

·       Knowledge of site operations, access requirements and SI-nerGIE logistics processes.

·       Oversees end-user support services and ensures efficient support processes.

·       Is part of escalation processes and support governance meetings.

·       Leads selected projects and provides functional guidance to project managers.

·       Accountable for user, Business IT Key Users and ITBP satisfaction.

·       Provides reporting and supplier oversight to the Manager of Region Framatome.

·       Promotes effective communication and improved quality of working life across the organization.
