The company designs, manufactures, and installs components, fuel and instrumentation and control systems for nuclear power plants and offers a full range of reactor services.

In the UK we are currently over 300 strong and our plans are to grow to 400-500 by 2025 through the development our UK nuclear service offerings.

 

Due to our continued growth we are looking to recruit a Site Administrator to support our Sizewell B project.

This will be a full time, permanent role based at Sizewell B Power Station. 

Main duties will include: 

  • Day to day admin duties
  • Assist the project management team on a daily basis in order to optimize the management of their activity
  • Book visitors to site
  • Arranging and managing security clearance applications.
  • Arranging onboarding schedules
  • Meet and greet visitors to site
  • Planning of meetings – booking rooms, order food, ensuring stationery supplies etc
  • Management team’s business travels arrangement (tickets, hotels, taxis, visas) 
  • Manage interfaces with Framatome, Clients and contactors for the organization of events on site, meetings, trainings, etc

 

 

Profile

To be considered, we are looking for the following: 

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiples interfaces and transversal organisation
  • Dynamic, willing, and versatile professional
  • Have a good knowledge in office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Experience in office administration
  • Exposure to working within a fast paced environment
  • Experience of international and multicultural environment.
