Job description

Framatome is owned by the EDF Group (75.5%), Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI – 19.5%) and Assystem (5%).

In the UK we are currently over 300 strong and our plans are to grow to 400-500 by 2025 through the development our UK nuclear service offerings.

Due to our ongoing growth, we are recruiting for a Receptionist/Business Administrator  to join our team on a permanent contract.

The Receptionist/Business Administrator will be responsible for the following:

• Day to day office upkeep including liaise with the Landlord/Building manager for any repairs or maintenance requirements, coordinate repairs to office equipment across multiple sites,
• Answer and redirect calls received to the central phone,
• Involved with requisitions for support activities in the business ERP,
• Maintain and manage office and IT assets/stock supplies across multiples sites, including placing, requisitions and maintaining,
• Inventory level,
• Managing and routine office communications, including courier and receiving mail on behalf of the organisation,
• Manage reception area, welcome and look after visitors,
• Organise company diary (meeting rooms),
• Manage office sundes (milk and fruit deliveries, tea, coffee etc…)
• Involved to arrange travel and accommodation,
• First aid and fire marshal for multiples sites (training will be provided),
• Support to offsite functions,
• Manage workshop hours,
• Manage the key holders/car registrations registers,
• Collate slides and prepare the All-Hands PowerPoint presentation hosted by Senior Management from each department,
• Monthly utility meter readings,
• Manage the refuse and recycling collections from Unit 5 & Unit 6,
• Conduct weekly fire alarm tests for Unit 5 & Unit 6,
• Manage cleaning contractor and monitor activities,
• Manage weekly towel collections,
• Descaling of kitchen utensils – kettles, coffee machines and dishwashers,
• Organise flowers on behalf of the company (weddings, get well, new baby etc.),
• Manage new log ins for cloud collaboration systems for all new starters and leavers,
• Management of training completed for Nuclear Safety Culture training for new starts.
