Aufgabenbeschreibung
In this position you are buyer for the handling of purchase requests for technically complex customer projects in the nuclear industry:
- Focus on purchasing of electrical systems
- RfQ handling in alignment with the business entity / project
- Self-reliant analysis of quotations, technically and financially together with the business entity / project, negotiation with suppliers, preparation of cost estimations
- Supplier risk management: identify, analyse and mitigate risks (cost, quality, schedule)
- Self-reliant, punctual handling, negotiation and placement of operational purchase cases up to approx. 2 M€
- Preparation of Sourcing Committee Meetings for purchase cases above 600 k€
- Sourcing of new suppliers and coordinate evaluation for integration into the approved vendor list
- Support clustering of purchasing needs
- Pro-active improvement of processes and contribute to the reporting of the purchasing organization
- Adherence to quality management rules and Nuclear Safety Culture
- Communication in German and English, written and orally
