Job description

Framatome is owned by the EDF Group (75.5%), Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI – 19.5%) and Assystem (5%).

In the UK we are currently over 300 strong and our plans are to grow to 400-500 by 2025 through the development our UK nuclear service offerings.

Due to our ongoing growth, we are recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join our Supply Chain Team.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Buyer will be responsible for the following:

·Issue Purchases orders in SAP

·Keep updated common dashboard procurement module

·Weekly KPIs update according to the templates (retrieve data from SAP and from the common dashboard)

·Liaise with suppliers for RFI, RFQ

·Assess offers according to procurement criteria, liaise with Requestor for approval of the technical part

·Update approved suppliers register

·Respond internal stakeholders on procurement topics linked to PA scope (PO status, etc.)

·Support procurement with sourcing

·Keep updated Supply chain folders

Profile

To be considered the following qualifications, experience and skills are essential:

·Purchasing experience required 1 – 2 years

·Experience in manufacturing or construction setting required

·SAP or another ERP knowledge is a plus

·Experience of working with the following commodities is a plus (Industrial tooling, scaffolding, lifting, calibration)

·Good IT skills, strong excel knowledge is a plus

·Good communication skills

·Commercial degree bachelor level or above
