La Business Line IBC intervient pour FRAMATOME sur tous les projets de construction du nouveau nucléaire (EPR première génération, EPR2, EPR1200, SMR...). En fonction des projets, sur les scopes primaires et auxiliaire, IBC est en charge des préfabrications et du montage des tuyauteries et du montage des équipements. IBC est par conséquent impliqué dans diverses activités telles que : la production des études de montage, la production des dossiers de réalisation, le développement d'outillages et de procédés, les opérations physiques de préfabrication et montage en atelier et sur Site. La Direction Technique IBC est l'autorité technique de la BL et est entre autre garante des choix techniques, du respect des référentiels et de la conformité des produits. Sur le projet EPR2, les architectes Montage sont en responsabilité d’assurer l’intégration de la production technique des différents acteurs d’IBC pour le projet EPR2. A savoir s’assurer que la production individuelle de chacun des lots (tuyauterie, robinetterie, équipement, soudage…) forme un tout homogène et conduise à la réalisation d’un produit fabricable, montable et répondant aux exigences de fonctionnement et de sureté. Il a aussi en responsabilité l'interface technique avec les clients internes/externes et les organismes. Le responsable configuration et modifications a en charge la gestion de la configuration et le traitement des modifications sur le périmètre IBC pour le projet EPR2. Rattaché au responsable projets et services internationaux (ICPW2-F), le/la chef de projet représente l’entreprise devant le client. Il/elle prépare, coordonne et conduit le projet dont il/elle a la responsabilité depuis la traduction du besoin client en spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques, jusqu’au déploiement/ recette / fin de période de garantie, voire la mise en production. Il/elle pilote fonctionnellement une équipe projet internationale et porte les responsabilités contractuelles, techniques, économiques, organisationnelles et QHSE. A chaque étape du projet, le/la Chef de projet interface avec tous les intervenants techniques, leur manager, les décisionnaires/parties internes afférentes, le(s) clients et autorités de sureté

Diplôme d’Ingénieur généraliste Première expérience en tant que Chef de projet sur un périmètre international Certification de projet rating D Maitrise des techniques de gestion de projet et de gestion des risques, Maitrise des méthodes de résolution de problèmes (de simples à complexes) Gestion budgétaire (portefeuille de plusieurs M€), et contractuelle Maitrise logiciels de planification Niveau d’anglais B2 minimum /C1 sur échelle CECRL Capacité à piloter des équipes dans un environnement multiculturel
