Due to our ongoing growth, we are recruiting a Project Scheduler on a Full time, Permanent contract to support our Fuel team. Framatome is implementing a new factory for the assembly of fuels for the operation of nuclear power plants in the United Kingdom. This plant will be built in phases to meet short, medium and long-term objectives.

The Project Scheduler will be required to manage, develop and update the schedule for the full Project scope. The role is to lead the Owner schedule and monitor EPCM schedules on their scope of work, ensuring that interfaces are properly managed. You will be directly managed by the Project Management Officer, in charge of the project controls.

Key activities will include:
Create, monitor, and analyse the Level 1 (Full project duration), and Level 2 schedule (12-18 months term) on the full project scope in accordance with standards and best project practices
Integrate and monitor EPCM lower levels schedules and the corresponding interfaces
Monitor project progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date
Analyse activities on the critical path to identify the possible impact of delays, analyse deviations and propose appropriate actions
Follow up on project milestones, alert in case of delays and participate in the definition of the recovery plan
Determine the Project physical progress and Earned Value Management and analyse the results
Quantify planning impacts in the event of changes in the scope of the contract
Contribute to periodic schedule reports and KPI’s analysis
Actively participates to the scheduling community
Contribute to the continuous improvement of methods &amp; tools&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
To be considered, the following skills and experience is required:
Degree qualified
Engineering or technical background
Project management with scheduling experience
Experience on a major industrial project
Experience of Microsoft Project and timeline pro
Understanding of civil works, site master planning and Electro-mechanical engineering sequence of activities
Understanding of Licensing and permitting activities is advantageous&lt;br /&gt;

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) jeune talent en Gestion de Projet, passionné(e) par les systèmes de contrôle-commande et d’instrumentation, désireux(se) de contribuer au programme industriel EPR2 au sein de la BU Instrumentation et Contrôle-Commande. Ce poste, basé à Karlstein (Allemagne), dans un environnement industriel aux perspectives long terme à la pointe de l’innovation.
Vos missions
Dans le cadre du programme industriel EPR2, un projet d’envergure est lancé au sein de la BU I&amp;C, impliquant des équipes françaises (Grenoble) et allemandes (Karlstein), autour de plusieurs axes majeurs : gestion de la documentation, formation des équipes, acquisition et mise en service d'équipements et outillages nécessaires à la fabrication et au contrôle, ainsi que l’aménagement des espaces industriels adaptés à l’activité.
Vous serez un relais privilégié des équipes françaises pour la conduite des activités en Allemagne : animation de l’équipe projet, suivi des jalons, contribution à la mise à jour du planning, et vous jouerez un rôle central dans la communication et la coordination des ressources. Dans ce cadre, vous rendrez compte au chef de projet basé à Grenoble ainsi qu’au directeur de la fabrication à Karlstein.

Profil
De formation ingénieur avec une spécialisation dans l’industrie, la mécanique ou les matériaux
Première expérience (stage, alternance) dans un milieu industriel
Forte appétence pour le travail en équipe, en mode projet, avec un bon relationnel dans un contexte international
Autonome et curieux
Capacité d’analyses et de synthèse.

The Configuration Coordinator supports and reports to the Configuration and Replication Manager. Responsibilities include:
·         Documentation &amp; Guidance
o    Ensuring that Configuration Management processes from both SZC EI TD and NSA (plans, procedures, manuals, guidance) are fit for use through self-assessment and updated according to the SA outcomes.
o    Ensuring that Configuration management processes are consistent with Replication Processes, liaising with relevant team members. 
o    Providing advice to engineers on configuration-related topics.
·         Process implementation
o    Contribute to the implementation of the existing configuration management process in alignment with the overall SZC configuration strategy.
o    Develop and maintain training packs in line with the process and ensure rolling out training sessions
·         Tool Development &amp; Monitoring
o    Support the definition, implementation, and development of tools to monitor configuration management KPIs (for OPs/DCs).
·         KPI Reporting
o    Produce KPIs regularly to inform project stakeholders. Global configuration KPIs will be compiled and presented by the PI team in relevant governance meetings.
o    Assess KPIs and manage follow-up interactions with stakeholders to ensure project and configuration objectives are met.
·         Committee Coordination (NCC/TDF)
 Act as secretary for the client’s No Change Committee (NCC) and Technical Direction Forum (TDF), including:
o    Ensuring committee materials are fit for purpose and aligned with processes.
o    Facilitating stakeholder interactions as needed.
o    Ensuring the “replication” option is duly considered.
o    Performing readiness checks for all topics prior to NCC and pre-NCC meetings.
o    Ensuring at the beginning of the NCC that all required attendees are present
o    Managing agendas, invitations, room bookings, etc. Agendas must be validated with the SZC Co-Employer one week before the meeting via the pre-NCC.
o    Writing and distributing meeting minutes within one week, with official distribution no later than three weeks post-meeting.
o    Managing and recording actions and their progress.
o    Performing equivalent tasks for pre-NCC and TDF meetings.

Interfaces:
To perform these activities, there is a strong interface with:
·         Configuration engineers from the entities who will be performing the process
·         The employer EI TD who is accountable for the approval of procedures that apply to the SZC project.
·         SZC Information Management lead: key stakeholder in the configuration management through responsibility in the management of information (Data) within SZC.
·         The Employer who chairs the NCC/TTDF committee, 
·         The Employer Programmes, DA, TCO… who will present topics in committees
·         The NSA Consortium engineering entities who will support topics in committees etc&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills
·         Experience (min 5 years) in the nuclear industry with a very good understanding of UK EPR technology
·         Knowledge of Technical Integration, especially Configuration Management and associated processed and tools
·         Transverse skills:
o    Management skills
o    Ability to handle multiple interfaces and coordinate stakeholders activities within multiple entities
o    Organisational skills, capability to meet commitments and deadlines
o    Leadership, pro-activeness
o    Communication &amp; interpersonal skills
