Coordinating the development and communication of the UK country business strategy.
Working closely with the Board and Executive team, the role ensures that both government affairs and business strategy are fully integrated and aligned to advance Framatome’s interests and drive organisational success.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including EDF and Group companies, to advance Framatome’s policy objectives.
· Monitor, analyse, and interpret the political and regulatory environment, identifying risks and opportunities for Framatome.
· Shape and influence nuclear policy by representing Framatome’s interests in consultations, working groups, and public forums.
· Advise senior leadership on government affairs strategy, policy developments, and stakeholder management.
· Prepare briefings, position papers, and responses to government consultations.
· Ensure compliance with relevant lobbying and transparency regulations

Strategy
· Coordinate the development of the UK country business strategy, ensuring alignment with Group objectives and market conditions.
· Work closely with the Board and Executive team to define strategic priorities and communicate them effectively across the organisation.
· Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
· Develop and deliver clear, compelling communications of the business strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
· Support the implementation of strategic initiatives, tracking progress and reporting outcomes.
· Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic objectives are understood and achieved

What are we looking for?
This role requires a proactive, diplomatic, and strategic leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, drive policy influence, and articulate business strategy with clarity and conviction.
