Rattaché(e) directement au Vice President Programme UK, le/la VIE Executive Assistant / Project Sherpa contribue au bon fonctionnement de la gouvernance du Programme UK et du Projet HPC. Il/elle accompagne l'équipe de direction dans la coordination des activités, le suivi des actions stratégiques et la préparation des instances de pilotage dans un environnement international. Dans ce cadre, les principales missions sont de : Coordination et Gouvernance Participer à l'organisation et à la préparation des instances de gouvernance du Programme UK et du Projet HPC. Préparation des supports de management Contribuer à la préparation des présentations et supports nécessaires aux différentes instances de pilotage et de revue de performance (CODIR BU, PCM Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.). Participer à la consolidation des informations et à la création de supports de communication pour le management. Analyses et reporting Réaliser des analyses ponctuelles, des synthèses et des présentations sur des sujets stratégiques, organisationnels ou opérationnels. Collecter, consolider et analyser les données nécessaires aux demandes du management. Amélioration continue Contribuer à l'optimisation des processus de gouvernance, de reporting et de communication au sein du Programme. Participer à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques favorisant l'efficacité opérationnelle de l'organisation. Ce poste est basé sur le site HPC.

Formation et expérience Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce, d'ingénieur, d'un master universitaire ou équivalent (Bac+5). Une première expérience en gestion de projet, conseil, PMO, assistance de direction ou environnement international (stage, alternance ou premier emploi) serait appréciée. Une expérience dans un environnement industriel, d'ingénierie ou de grands projets constitue un atout. Compétences techniques Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse. Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams). Capacité à structurer, analyser et consolider des données provenant de sources multiples. The configuration and replication process owner represents the process stakeholders and is responsible for the implementation of the configuration and replication processes in the PLM. This role sits in the Configuration and Replication team and the role reports to the Configuration Manager. As Steelwork Delivery Team Lead, you will hold leadership responsibility for the design replication of the HPC Nuclear Island Secondary Steelwork Design for the SZC Project, ensuring technical excellence, quality, safety and delivery performance at every stage. You will lead and inspire a high-performing team of approximately 10 - 12 design managers and engineers, creating an environment that drives innovation, collaboration, accountability and professional growth. What will you be doing? Define and communicate the strategic direction, priorities and operational objectives for the EPR-E SZC Steelwork Design Team. Lead and manage all steelwork design replication activities, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, quality and technical requirements. Lead, manage and develop a team of between 10 – 12 FTEs, creating a high performing environment focused on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. Provide technical leadership and oversight for steelwork design, ensuring solutions are aligned with overall design replication strategy, together with project standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain ownership of the day-to-day management of the SZC steelwork design team, including resource planning, workload allocation and delivery oversight. Ensure steelwork design outputs are delivered in accordance with programme milestones, engineering standards and quality requirements. Work closely with the EPR-E SZC Building Branch and wider multi-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment and integration with internal stakeholders. Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery. Identify, manage and mitigate technical delivery and resource related risks associated with steelwork design activities. Working with the EPR-E steelwork and anchorage group lead, support recruitment, capability development, succession planning and performance management within the EPR-E SZC Steelwork Team. Monitoring and supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of the EPR-E SZC Steelwork Team.

What are we looking for? · An engineering degree in Civil, Structural or related Engineering discipline. · Demonstrable experience of leading and managing engineering design teams within complex project environments. · Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop high performing teams. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across multi-disciplinary teams, clients, suppliers and senior leadership. · Proven ability to manage complex engineering challenges and drive effective problem solving in a fast-paced project environment. · Strong planning, organisational and delivery management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. · Ability to make sound technical and commercial decisions while balancing quality, cost, risk and programme requirements. · Strong understanding of design governance, engineering assurance and quality management process. · Commercial awareness and an understanding of project delivery within complex engineering environments. · English fluent Desirable Qualifications, Experience and Skills · Strong technical capability in structural and steelwork design, with the ability to provide expert guidance and oversight. · A working knowledge of the SZC SSW replication and design change process, including where there are significant gaps in scope, process and/or operational definition. · Experience in the nuclear sector. · French language skills.
