Rattaché(e) directement au Vice President Programme UK, le/la VIE Executive Assistant / Project Sherpa contribue au bon fonctionnement de la gouvernance du Programme UK et du Projet HPC. Dans ce cadre, les principales missions sont de :

Coordination et Gouvernance
Participer à l'organisation et à la préparation des instances de gouvernance du Programme UK et du Projet HPC.
Préparer les ordres du jour, rédiger les comptes-rendus et assurer le suivi des actions décidées en réunion.
Veiller au respect des échéances et contribuer à la bonne circulation de l'information entre les différentes parties prenantes.
Préparation des supports de management
Contribuer à la préparation des présentations et supports nécessaires aux différentes instances de pilotage et de revue de performance (CODIR BU, PCM Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.).
Participer à la consolidation des informations et à la création de supports de communication pour le management.
Analyses et reporting
Réaliser des analyses ponctuelles, des synthèses et des présentations sur des sujets stratégiques, organisationnels ou opérationnels.
Collecter, consolider et analyser les données nécessaires aux demandes du management.
Amélioration continue
Contribuer à l'optimisation des processus de gouvernance, de reporting et de communication au sein du Programme.
Participer à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques favorisant l'efficacité opérationnelle de l'organisation.

Formation et expérience
Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce, d'ingénieur, d'un master universitaire ou équivalent (Bac+5).
Une première expérience en gestion de projet, conseil, PMO, assistance de direction ou environnement international (stage, alternance ou premier emploi) serait appréciée.
Une expérience dans un environnement industriel, d'ingénierie ou de grands projets constitue un atout.
Compétences techniques
Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse.
Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
Capacité à structurer, analyser et consolider des données provenant de sources multiples.
Connaissance des outils collaboratifs et de gestion de projet appréciée.
Compétences comportementales
Très bon sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle.

Vous rejoignez les équipes d’EIRA (Equipe d'Inspection Réacteur Framatome) et êtes rattaché au Responsable du pôle Coordination site et projets. • Planifier les activités en fonction des plans d'inspection , en tenant compte de la charge et des qualifications des inspecteurs,
• Vérifier la réalisation des gestes d'inspection par les inspecteurs,
• Suivre la tenue des objectifs afin de mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires,
• Participer à la performance globale de la Direction Qualité de l'entité , et à l'évaluation de la performance fournisseurs ou sous -traitants,
• Veiller à la sécurité des inspecteurs sur son périmètre d'activité , et inciter à la vigilance partagée de façon plus générale,
• Accompagner le renforcement et le déploiement de la Culture Sûreté / Qualité auprès de son équipe , et de façon plus générale , des équipes de l'entité,
• Contribuer avec son équipe à la maitrise des risques CFSI,
• Accompagner les membres de son équipe au quotidien dans la résolution de problématiques,
• Assurer le reporting et les interfaces avec l’équipe projet HPC sur site HPC et sur base.
Au-delà des activités mentionnées ci-dessus , des rôles ou missions transverses propres à l'organisation peuvent être confiés. Il s'agit principalement d'activités associant des analyses larges , traitant les sujets / les difficultés par des processus formalisés et globaux issus des outils d’amélioration continue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation de niveau Bac+4/5 en ingénierie /qualité / technique.
Vous disposez d'une expérience préalable d'au moins 5 ans dans ce domaine d'activité ou proche, voire d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire ayant démontré vos compétences de gestion et managériales.

What you’ll be doing…
The Head of Mechanical Branch reports operationally to the SZC NI Project Director  This role has an overall accountability on Technical, Quality, Cost and Schedule aspects for the scope of the Mechanical Branch, which includes:
-       Mechanical equipment of the Nuclear Island (design replication, technical input to procurement, technical management of the contract, review and acceptance of documents from supply chain, resolution of technical issues, review of manufacturing non-conformances, etc.),
-       Mechanical fluid systems of the Nuclear Island (design replication, resolution of technical issues, etc.).
The role supervises the delivery from the disciplines and the contributing entities located in the UK as well as in France and Germany. The role includes in particular the management of the interface with DQPI (in French “Direction de la Qualite de la Performance Industrielle”) who are delivering works in relation to manufacturing activities.
This role will ensure that design replication is seen as a critical strategic activity and key to the success of our activities and bears responsibility for putting under control replication of equipment.
Principal Accountabilities
Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
·         Operational management of the Mechanical Branch (c. 8 direct reports)
·         Representing the Mechanical Branch in the SZC Project Senior Leadership Team
·         Management and coordination of all activities assigned to the Mechanical Branch including those delivered through service agreement with DQPI and other EDF Group entities,
·         Interfaces between the Mechanical Branch and other internal parties involved in the SZC Project,
·         Risk identification and mitigation.
·         Accountability for delivery of the Mechanical Branch against the commitments made in the task orders (quality, timeline and cost) and at completion.
·         Provisions of material for building up the Task Orders and subsequent Variations in relation to the scope of the Mechanical Branch,

·         Management and accountability for technical integration within the scope of works of the Mechanical Branch, including management and resolution of open points as well as alignment with the Project Reference Configuration,

What you’ll be doing…
The Sequence Lead reports operationally to the ITB manager.  This role has responsibility for setting the contractual/budget/schedule within which the Engineering teams are going to operate, either from a yearly or and end-to-end perspective. The execution of the works are the responsibility of the Engineering managers and Lot leaders.
Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Operational management of the sequence 3 team.

·         Act as a main point of contact for NNB/MEH program management across all buildings of the Nuclear Island, especially in relation to MEH program management, while ensuring good connection at discipline and sub-area level
·         Negotiate and frame MEH activities for HPC project and ensure alignment with other MEH entities.
·         Build and make approved the long term strategy for MEH activities between EDV and EPR-E and support subsequent transfer of activities from EDV to EPR-E
·         Monitors and evaluates risks and opportunities, ensuring clients are proactively informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
·         Escalates emerging issues where necessary to Project Director.
·         Interfaces between NNB MEH Leadership and NNB Head of Functions for Civil, Steelwork and MEH and other internal parties involved in the Sequence 3.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

The Consortium Leader (EDF SA), through its project team leading the EDF/Edvance consortium, is responsible for the overall project management and serves as the primary liaison with SZC Ltd.
The Technical Directorate team is responsible and accountable for ensuring global design consistency and nuclear safety compliance. Under the NSA, EDF/Edvance is mandated to provide Plant Integration Services, delegated directly by the Employer’s Technical Directorate Engineering Integration branch (TD-EI).
Among the services provided under Plant Integration are the coordination of end-to-end configuration, including defining the configuration strategy in the specific context of replication, managing the process of design changes, and their validation in the No Change Committee. Moreover, Plant Integration is also responsible for defining, implementing, and supervising the roll out of the strategies and procedures regarding Data Management and Tools Implementation.
The CALM (Configuration Asset Lifecycle Management) project aims at defining an integrated data centric tool (PLM) to support configuration management across the lifecycle of the project (EPCC). The configuration and replication process owner represents the process stakeholders and is responsible for the implementation of the configuration and replication processes in the PLM.
This role sits in the Configuration and Replication team and the role reports to the Configuration Manager.
Principal Accountabilities
The main responsibilities of the Configuration Replication Process Owner are:
·         Supporting the implementation of Configuration and Replication processes within the PLM tool.
·         Participating in PLM workshops where the process implementation is discussed.
·         Leading and preparing deliverables related to the process, as required for workshops (e.g., process modelling).
·         Producing and updating existing process procedures where impacted by the implementation of the new PLM tool.
·         Working closely with the data and tool teams (Solution Architect Manager, data stewards, data engineers) to ensure that data management principles are applied while meeting process requirements.
·         Liaising with the Process Lead and end users to gather operational feedback from the field and ensure that processes and tools meet user needs.
·         Reporting to the Configuration and Replication Manager and flagging any changes in current practices that could have a significant impact on end users.
·         Supporting the change management team to ensure that the change management plan is tailored to the target population and aligned with the scope of the introduced changes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

·         Support the technical delivery of scope-related activities on a day-to-day basis, based on Project requirements and priorities with respect to safety, quality, maturity, cost and schedule.

Your background may include some of the following (not exhaustive):

Planners will be responsible for maintaining integrated master project schedules and associated artefacts within their delegated area of responsibility. Key Activities:

Lead on integrated schedule reporting and outputs to the business and customer including Earned Value Management (EVM), resource analysis, schedule performance and milestone reporting.
Being an advocate for the tools, processes, guidance and templates of the Planning discipline on their projects/ in their area by promoting engagement with them across the business to foster buy-in and adoption.

The JDO is managed by HPC, Licensee and Manager of the HPC Project. It is made up of staff from:

Within this organization the JDO Electrical Operational lead reports to the JDO Electrical Discipline lead (who also represents locally the Responsible Designer). The position is located on Hinkley Point C construction site.
The JDO Electrical team is the local Point of Contact for the management of topics related to electrical parts in the scope of works of the Responsible Designer for both BNI and CI/BoP (cable tray, cables, cabinets, sensors, etc.). Those topics relate to field events such as clarification request, adaptation requests, change request, non-conformance, etc. 
The JDO Electrical team is an integrated team, meaning that it’s made of Designer, Client and Contractor resources.
In this context the Operational lead is responsible for:
- Coordinating the site request answers in their scope of delegated authority,
- Coordinating the resolution of these requests with staff in the back-offices when required, 
- Looking over the team’s performance in the frames defined by EPR-E and the Client
- Challenging requests and any other topics from the contractors and the Client from RD perspective,

Project Integration Management

• Define and implement data quality and sanity checks,

The SZC Project Technical Directorate (SZC-TD) role is to maintain and exert the technical authority of the Project. What you’ll be doing…
·       Manage the interfaces with stakeholders across all relevant Responsible Designer (RD) entities, the Client Organisation (SZC) and EPR-E’s Nuclear Safety &amp; Environment (NS&amp;E) Discipline, in particular to secure the replication justification activities;
·       Liaise with all Stakeholders (Relevant RD Entities, Client Organisation (SZC), EPR-E’s NS&amp;E Discipline) to ensure the replication of Safety studies from HPC to SZC;
·       Oversee and instruct any Contract/ Change Management (Change Requests, Early Warning Notes, etc…) in collaboration with the Client Organisation (SZC) and NS&amp;E Discipline;
