The Hinkley Point C (HPC) Project is strengthening its on-site team and is seeking a Senior Document Controller to support the management and operational control of the List of Deliverables (LOD) submitted to the Client.
The Senior Document Controller will contribute actively to the day-to-day management of documentary deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance tracking, in close interface with Documentation teams, Project Management (PMO), Engineering, and the Client.
The position is based on HPC Site and reports hierarchically to the HPC Documentation Manager and the HPC PMO Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Documentation and Senior Document Controller
Contribute to the operational management of the LOD for the HPC project, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, project processes, and Framatome standards.
Prepare, consolidate, and issue the monthly operational LOD to the Client.
Act as a key interface with the Client on matters related to documentary progress, remaining work, and data consistency.
Organise and lead monthly LOD progress meetings with internal stakeholders and contribute to the definition and follow-up of associated action plans to improve LOD adherence.
Ensure the quality, completeness, and consistency of documentary data within Framatome’s Document Management System.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Define, implement, and maintain KPIs related to documentation progress and remaining documentary workload.
Collect, consolidate, and analyse input data from multiple contributors to feed project reporting.
Produce documentary status reports to support project performance monitoring and decision-making.
Project procedures management
Produce regular revisions of the LPP (List of Project Procedures) and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that procedures are updated regarding standard needs.
Process Application and Improvement
Support the application of HPC documentary processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.
Participate in the deployment and optimisation of documentation-related tools and reporting methods.
Ensure lessons learned and feedback from documentation activities are incorporated into practices and standards.

Cross-Functional Interface
Work in close coordination with PMO, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment between documentary deliverables, planning, and project milestones.
Participate in supplier contract kick-off meetings to present documentary expectations and LOD principles when required.
This role offers strong exposure to project management, documentation governance, and performance control within a large-scale nuclear construction project.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (UK Level 6 or 7) in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline,
 or equivalent professional experience in a similar role within an industrial project environment.
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally in documentation management, project controls, or a comparable coordination role.
Experience within large industrial or infrastructure projects; nuclear or regulated environments are a strong asset.
Familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage.
Experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams.
Skills and Competencies
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with databases or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is an asset.
Ability to work as a transverse coordinator, interacting with technical teams, documentation teams, and project management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate data and produce clear, reliable reporting.
Good communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead meetings and explain documentary status and issues.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on results, data quality, and client satisfaction.
Languages
English: fluent spoken and written (working language of the project).

EPR-E is responsible for delivering the design for a number of NI buildings, systems and equipment contracts for the Hinkley Point C EPR Project through an integrated team, support to HPC construction and commissioning activities, and preparing design replication feasibility and engineering activities for the Sizewell C Project.
The Joint Design Organization (JDO) is an integrated team composed of teams from: the HPC Client (NNB), who leads the JDO; EDVANCE and CNEPE and Contractors who have carried out the detailed design studies. As part of its scope of delegation, JDO provides technical support at the HPC EPR site for the resolution of the various problems arising during the construction phases and later during the testing and commissioning operations.
The position of “Pools Tanls Liners and Sumps (PTLS) engineer” aims at support the field design activities for the discipline on the Nuclear Island (NI) and mainly manage design modification or clarification raised before and during on-site construction. The increase of capacity is here to acknowledge the expected rise of requests number due to increase in PTLS structures delivery and construction along with the progress in construction and assembly.
As a JDO NI PTLS Engineer, you will:
Answer the requests on his/her scope.
Lead and monitor the production of the impacted deliverables on his/her scope.
Interact with his/her back-office regarding design interfaces.
Interact within the JDO with the client (project and intelligent customer) to support the overall project.
Interact within the JDO with the other discipline to support the overall project.
·         Support the JDO Steelwork team lead regarding the overall needs of the team (production, technical, quality)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills
·         PTLS engineer with experience in design of structures in the nuclear industry or with experience on subjects at the interface between design and construction;
·         Experience in calculation notes preparation and mechanical behaviour;
·         Knowledge of the Eurocode 2 and understanding of safety requirements are recommended in order to answer to the requests;
·         Knowledge of 2D and 3D design software;
·         Knowledge of FEA design software;
·         Experience working in a multicultural environment;
·
Desirable Qualifications, Experience and Skills.
·         Knowledge of the HPC project or previous EPR and associated studies/doctrine is a real asset;
·         Previous experience in Edvance and/or with EDF-Framatome processes, with a particular emphasis on Engineering Sequence and Quality procedures (P3)
·         For 2D and 3D design software: Navisworks, PDMS, TEKLA, AUTOCAD (or knowledge in similar 3D, 2D software application);
·         For FEA design softwares: RSTAB knowledge (or similar 3D SW calculation software)

Reporting to the Site Manager and Construction Manager, Platers will be required to:
To mark out and fabricate complex fabrications competently
To tack welding of components using TIG
To work from detailed engineering drawings
To adhere to fabrication process and procedures, relevant quality procedures and assist with quality records and documentation for all work carried out
To maintain equipment and small tools for assembly / tack welding
To ensure all measuring equipment is calibrated.

Detailed QHSE responsibilities:
To never undertake work without first ensuring that means will be in place to guarantee that the work can be done in a safe and compliant manner.
To be suitably familiar with the contents of this Risk
Assessment and Method Statements and Permit to Work
To attend any HSE training, meetings, etc. as requested
To attend, participate in and periodically lead Toolbox Talks
To ensure that tools, equipment and materials brought into and used in the area are fully checked and are compliant with HSE requirements
To ensure that no work is carried out unless supported by the relevant specific Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Work Permits
To carry out periodic HSE inspections in the area

The Method Engineer is responsible of the preparation and the follow-up of all Construction Work in the scope of Framatome Limited. The role is based on site at Hinkley Point C (traveling to other sites in the UK and abroad is part of the role).
The consists in coordinating the Design Package to be installed on site, liaising with the Design Office, the Site, the Client and other relevant departments of Framatome Limited. The Method Engineer has a primary role in defining the Site Activities methodology (installation and / or erection) and ensuring the required Temporary Works associated are completed and validated prior Construction Work.
The Method Engineer liaises with the Design Office to ensure the development of the Design Package is suitable for installation.

The Method Engineer is constantly seeking solutions to the problematics related to Site Activities, as well as capturing and compiling summaries and lessons learned about the operations conducted.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What will you be doing?
Preparation and follow-up of Site Activities:
Production of documentation that is comprehensive by the relevant stakeholders, enabling the internal approval as well as acceptance by the Customer when applicable.
Maintaining an auditable configuration system within the Method Engineer remit of Design and Method; enabling demonstration that the used Site documentation (Risk Assessment Method Statement, Procedures, etc.) and Temporary Work are Fit for Purpose.
Liaison and Coordination with relevant stakeholders interfacing with the Methods Engineer in order to get all requirements and specificities prior Construction Work.
Organise presentation and produce / check documentation prior Site Activities (Method Statement, Temporary Work, Installation procedures / instructions, Installation drawing, etc)
Acting as Temporary Works Coordinator to define and specify the relevant Temporary Work, its category and following its development in support of the Site Activities; more specifically for the Temporary Work requiring design, the Method Engineer must act as a “Product Manager”.
Ensuring all contributing stakeholders are given the right level of input for their own production (for instance: Design Engineers producing Temporary Work Design or Site drawings; HSE Advisor supporting RAMS, etc.).
Ensuring Design, HSE, Site requirements are defined, gathered, prioritised and followed:
Maintaining an auditable requirements matrix, gathering all the requirements within the Methods Engineer remit.
Ensuring the requirements are prioritised by challenging stakeholders.
Tracking and minuting reviews and Lesson Learned as well as contributing to continual improvement within the role and its applicable processes.
Involved with Design Activities to incorporate Site related requirements.
Development of the Temporary Works associated to the agreed Methodology.
Organising and / or participating in HSE Risk Design Reviews, Installation Method Reviews and Temporary Work Design Reviews.
Master HSE requirement &amp; CDM regulations.
Ensuring the Site specifications are taken into account for Design and Site Activities
Contributing in challenging requirements to ensure any “out of scope” requirements are communicated to Project Team and relevant stakeholders for claim.
Working closely with all relevant stakeholders to clarify requirements that are requesting a Design Change where relevant.
Documenting Lessons Learned as well as gathering relevant requirements for future Site Activities.

Au sein d’EDF EPR Engineering UK, le groupe Commissioning Operational Team (COT) constitue le pôle de compétences pour la participation d’Edvance à l’Alliance Commissioning et fournit les services d’ingénieurs et techniciens au Client NNB (HPC) sous la supervision opérationnelle d’autres membres de l’Alliance. L’équipe COT couvre les compétences essais dans les domaines suivants :
· HVAC
· Electrical
· I&amp;C
· NSS
· Overall integrated tests
· Safety

Les membres de la COT restent néanmoins intégralement des personnels EPRE et, tout en délivrant leurs services au Client, développent la connaissance sur les activités essais des EPR pour le compte d’Edvance. Ils reportent à leur manager EPRE au sein de la COT.
Au sein de l’organisation Client, la position est intégrée dans les équipes I&amp;C Delivery du Programme Commissioning.

La position « d’ingénieur Essais I&amp;C » consiste à participer à la préparation et a l’exécution des essais I&amp;C de HPC.
Les missions comportent :
Développer une compréhension approfondie des systèmes attribués
Développer et réviser la documentation relative aux activités d’essais et de validation des systèmes
Contribuer à la planification détaillée des essais et prendre en charge un programme de tests
Piloter techniquement une équipe d'ingénieurs et de techniciens essais I&amp;C pour participer à l'exécution des activités essais I&amp;C sur site, afin de réussir et de sécuriser la mise en service des systèmes HPC
Analyser les résultats des essais et produire des rapports résumant les résultats de ces essais
Veiller à ce que le processus de mise en service respecte les exigences réglementaires en matière de sécurité nucléaire, environnementale et industrielle et qu'il reflète les meilleures pratiques internationales en matière de sécurité et d'excellence technique
Fournir des informations pour aider le Commissioning Manager et le Senior Commissioning Manager à atteindre les objectifs et les jalons du projet&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ingénieur confirmé (niveau BAC+5) avec une expérience réussie et reconnue dans le domaine des essais et/ou du pilotage d’activités d’exécution d’essais.
Techniquement, le poste requiert une expertise et expérience solides en Contrôle Commande.
La maitrise de l’architecture du CC standard (technologie SPPA-T2000) et des systèmes associés est également attendue.
Une expérience terrain sur le chantier de démarrage d’un autre EPR est un réel plus.
